Anyone curious about how salt and pepper got together? One day ole King Louie the 14th was hanging out in Paris, back in the 17th century. He was getting hungry, as kings often did, and was bored with his chef. The chef knew what that could mean for his head and was inspired to come up with a new taste. The rest, as they say, is history. Hundreds of years later we have Louie to thank for these tasty and crunchy Joe’s Sea Salt and Cracked Pepper chips!
We start with select potatoes and a very, very hot kettle. Then, we hand cook one batch of Off-Road JOE CHIPS ® at a time (just the right amount of time) using all natural ingredients. This ensures the crunchiest of chips and the gnarliest of looks.
